Project Synopsis

This fast-track project included 13,000 sq. ft. of general laboratories, tissue culture rooms, glass wash area, and cold rooms on the second floor of an existing building.

Project included Design/Build structural, mechanical, and plumbing/piping systems. Substantial structural modifications were made to allow for mechanical equipment loading. 300KW standby generator with UPS.
