Simón Guendelman has over thirty years of diversified management, administrative and implementation experience in the design and construction of industrial plants; biotechnology laboratories; pharmaceutical, electronic and advanced materials production plants; and other commercial facilities. ![]() At Sim/Tech Mr. Guendelman has focused on biotechnology, high-tech, advanced materials and other complex facilities. He is a pioneer in tilt-up construction techniques and experienced in most other types of new construction. He has also done extensive structural and architectural rehabilitation of old buildings. Under his leadership, Sim/Tech has finished all projects on time and on budget. Mr. Guendelman represents his clients' interests in dealing with subcontractors and the multiple players in the design and construction process. Prior to starting Sim/Tech in 1989, Mr. Guendelman has worked as a partner, Sr. Project Manager, and engineer with other construction and engineering firms. He was also a Research Assistant in the Department of Civil Engineering & Construction Management, Stanford University. His education includes an MS in Civil Engineering from Stanford University and an MBA in Finance from UC Berkeley. Mr. Guendelman served as an Arbitrator for the American Arbitration Association and he is the member of several Professional Organizations.
